Manager - Field Sales - BFS (0-3 yrs)
- We are looking for employees in Gujarat.
- Find the right contact within the organization, generate leads, cold call potential clients, assist with the planning of sales campaigns, build a sales pipeline, negotiate prices with clients and, in some cases, suppliers, and boost sales for the company.
Job Role And Responsibilities :
- Choosing agents commission-based agent development and training.
- Monitor each agent's activity plan to make sure it is being completed at the desired levels.
- Update sales and conduct weekly performance reviews (PRP) with the agents.
- System of management. Promote and encourage agents to enroll in the organization's career advancement programmed.
- Encourage agents to manage their customers and cross-sell them on different products using the Agent Portal and CRM.
- Offer them product-specific training.
- Locating the potential clients.
- Explain to them the function.
- Providing them with incentives to attract customers.
- Joint field work with Agency partners and advisors to source insurance policies; - Monthly income and goal-setting exercise; As part of the issuance process, cases that were waiting on paperwork and medical exams were cleared.
