Manager - Field Sales - Bank (2-4 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Revenue Generation from Key Accounts across Region
- Create & execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Conduct outreach and engage potential clients through various channels such as a cold-calling, email campaigns, etc.
- Identify & on-board new partners (Billing / Channel Partners)
- Manage existing partners and go deep
- Generate leads through partners
- Ensure efficient tracking of Leads & Closures
- Engage with partners on an on-going basis to ensure flow of leads
- Handhold SME teams in lead closure, if required
- Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposal to potential clients
- Develop deep understanding of the company's product and service or their value proposition
- Daily updates on Sales CRM and Monthly submission of sales progress report
- Travel as and when required for meetings/exhibitions etc. with prior approvals
- Analyze marketing trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to
- Identify new business opportunities
- Achieve Business numbers and Revenue targets set
Candidates Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
