Job Title: Field Sales Manager - Agency Vertical
Job Overview :
- As a Field Sales Manager for the Agency Vertical, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals. You will be working with a team of sales professionals to build and maintain relationships with agency partners and drive business growth in the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities :
- Create and implement a sales strategy to reach or exceed revenue targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with agency partners to achieve business growth.
- Motivate and train a sales team to meet individual and team sales goals.
- Analyse sales performance data and make appropriate adjustments to sales tactics.
- Collaboration with internal stakeholders is essential to ensuring customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products and services.
- Gain a thorough understanding of the agency market and industry trends.
- Work with marketing and product teams to ensure that product positioning, messaging, and sales strategies are consistent.
- Maintain compliance with business policies and procedures.
Qualifications :
- A bachelor's degree in any field.
- 3+ years of field sales or BFSI experience.
- Excellent team management and leadership abilities.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presenting abilities.
- Capability to analyse sales data and create successful sales plans.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- MS Office and CRM software proficiency required.
- Capability to travel as needed.
