Job Title : Field Sales Manager - Agency Vertical
Job Summary :
- As a Field Sales Manager in the Agency Vertical, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals who are focused on selling agency services to clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Team leadership is the ability to inspire and manage a group of sales professionals in order to reach corporate goals and sales targets. To improve team members' sales abilities and performance, offer coaching, mentorship, and training.
- Sales Strategy : Create and implement sales strategies and techniques to enter the agency sector, spot business possibilities, and increase revenue. Develop and carry out sales plans, establish sales targets, and keep track of your progress.
- Relationship Management : Establish and preserve trusting bonds with clients of your agency. Recognize their needs and satisfy them with solutions. Serve as a client's trusted advisor and consultant, offering insights and suggestions to improve their business outcomes.
- Market analysis : Track market developments, evaluate rivalry, and spot business openings in the agency sector.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Field sales experience of at least 3 years.
- A track record of hitting sales goals and increasing income
- A strong sales team manager with outstanding leadership qualities
- Excellent business sense and market analysis abilities
- Strong interpersonal, negotiating, and presentation skills
- The capacity to create and maintain consumer relationships
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and goal-oriented
- Working in a dynamic, quick-paced setting
Salary : Up to 4.00 LPA + Incentives
