- Recruitment and development of quality advisors
- Recruiting by selling career opportunity to prospective advisors
- To recruit and appoint agents for business
- Advice on branding, positioning, communications, and other marketing issues

Qualification: Any graduation
Minimum 2 years- experience in sales and marketing
The candidate must be local to the same city
Age: 22 to 38 years
CTC: Up to 3.45 LPA
