Job Title : Field Sales Manager - Agency Insurance
Job Summary :
- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Manager to manage and lead our agency insurance sales team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Create and implement sales tactics to help the organization meet its goals.
- Manage and lead a team of insurance sales agents at an agency.
- Ensure that the sales objectives and quotas are met or exceeded by the team.
- Provide sales agents with continual coaching and training to help them perform better.
- Examine sales data for patterns and areas for improvement.
- Establish and maintain good relationships with current and prospective consumers.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
- Work with various departments within the organization to ensure a positive client experience.
- Continuously monitor and enhance the sales team's service quality.
- Write up regular reports on sales activity, trends, and accomplishments.
Qualifications :
- A bachelor's degree in any field.
- 3+ years' experience in field sales & marketing.
- Track record of surpassing or meeting sales targets.
- Proven leadership and management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work both independently and in groups.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and sales management software is required.
- Must have a valid driver's licence and reliable transportation.
CTC : Up to 400000/- as per annum
