Job Title: Field Sales Manager - Agency Insurance
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Field Sales Manager to oversee our agency insurance sales operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Create and implement sales strategy to reach company goals and objectives.
- Manage a sales team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients and insurance companies.
- Analyse market trends and client needs to uncover new business prospects.
- To foster progress, track sales performance and provide regular feedback to sales agents.
- Ensure that all corporate rules and processes, as well as regulatory obligations, are followed.
- To generate business growth, work with cross-functional teams such as marketing, underwriting, and claims.
- Keep up to date on insurance products and industry trends.
- When necessary, travel to meet with clients and sales agents.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- 3+ years of successful field sales and marketing experience
- Strong analytical, organisational, and communication abilities
- Capability to establish and maintain positive relationships with clients and insurance carriers
- Insurance product, underwriting, and claims procedure knowledge
- Capable of travelling up to 50% of the time
- Have a valid driver's licence and a reliable vehicle.
CTC : Up to 4.00 LPA + Incentives + Other benefits
