Job Title: Field Manager - Agency Channel
Job Description :
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Manager to join our team. As a Field Manager for the Agency Channel, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with our agency partners to ensure the successful delivery of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain a solid relationship with agency partners
- Agency partners are instructed on our products and services.
- Develop and implement business plans in cooperation with agency partners.
- Observe and evaluate agency performance indicators
- To help agency partners perform better, provide them regular feedback and coaching.
- Collaborate with internal teams to fix any problems that may emerge.
- Identify, develop, and put into practise strategies to boost agency output and revenue.
- Simultaneously prioritise and manage several projects
- Report on agency channel performance on a regular basis to top management.
Qualifications :
- Business or a closely related subject bachelor's degree
- Field sales experience of at least 3 years
- Strong track record of establishing and maintaining agency partnerships
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- The capacity to manage several tasks independently and simultaneously
CTC : Up to 4.00 LPA + Incentives + Other benefits
