Hiring Sales Manager for (Agency Channel) - Gujarat Region


1) Age Limit : 38

2) Experience : 8 Months-2 Years any sales

3) Location : Ahmedabad

4) CTC offer : 2.34 LPA + Incentives + Other benefits

5) Education : Any Graduation/ MBA Freshers interested in sales

Role & Responsibilities :

1. Scout for potential who can be effective advisors

2. Make a presentation on " Career as an insurance advisor

3. Follow-up for obtaining necessary documentation regularly

4. Make sure that the advisor attends the training program & IRDA examination to acquire appropriate licensing.

5. Draw up a monthly plan of targets

6. Break down the plan according to the potential of the insurance advisors

7. Keep the advisors motivated and, on the job,

8. Keep daily contacts with the advisors

9. Help sort out any problems faced by the advisors

10. Accompany the advisors on joint calls

11. Support advisors in designing solutions and advise customers

12. Provide NAIP training to advisors

13. Making sure that the advisor is learning on the job

14. Prepare the advisors by having them to give dummy presentations to test their level of selling skills

15. Identify and motivate advisors for club membership, MDRT etc.

16. Monitor, review and guide their performance periodically

17. Ensure retention, adhere to productivity benchmarks of advisors

18. Ensure participation of advisors in training and other developmental interventions

19. Have business-related issues solved at branch level through RM or Operation staff.

Candidate Profile :

- The capacity to offer customers fantastic customer service.

- Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office tools.

- Knowledge of and practical experience in efficient sales techniques.

- Excellent ability to solve problems.

- Good communication skills both in writing and speaking.

- The capacity to show exceptional leadership qualities.

- Excellent decision-making skills in a timely manner.

- Excellent people and sales abilities.
