Job Title : Field Sales Manager - Agency Channel
Job Summary :
- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Manager to join our team. The Field Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and growing our agency channel sales by developing and implementing sales strategies and tactics, recruiting and training agents, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Create and implement sales plans and tactics to meet sales targets.
- Recruit, train, and inspire sales professionals to meet their goals.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to agents in order to improve their sales performance.
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with agents and customers.
- Ensure that company policies and procedures are followed.
- Analyze market trends and make recommendations to management for enhancing sales performance.
- Prepare and send frequent sales reports to management.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in field sales or BFSI.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong leadership and management abilities.
- Capability to operate both independently and collaboratively.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- The ability to function in a fast-paced atmosphere while meeting tight deadlines.
- Microsoft Office and CRM software proficiency required.
Salary : 3 To 4 LPA + Incentives
