Job Summary :
- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Manager to oversee our agency channel. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and supervising a team of agents, ensuring they meet their sales targets and effectively represent our company to customers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and manage a team of agents, offering advice, coaching, and support to help them meet sales goals and advance their careers.
- Create and implement sales strategies and activities to improve revenue and market share in the agency channel.
- Market trends, consumer behavior, and rival action should be monitored and analyzed to discover opportunities and dangers to the firm.
- Establish and maintain connections with key stakeholders such as agents, customers, and internal departments.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- 3+ years' experience in field sales or BFSI.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and building effective sales teams.
- Strong leadership and managerial abilities, as well as the ability to motivate and inspire a team are required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, as well as the ability to form strong bonds with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills, as well as the ability to manage different priorities and meet deadlines.
- Ability to travel as needed.
