Manager - Field Sales (5-8 yrs)
Sales Origination (KAM & core accounts):
- Develop strategy for revenue growth across hubs from KAM & core accounts
- Establish sales targets for the field sales team in collaboration with the Hub Heads
- Devise sales policies, practices and procedures to be followed by the hub field sales team
- Develop budgets for sales promotion activities for field sales
- Analyze the short term and long term effects of decisions on the operating margin
Sales Performance Management (KAM & core accounts):
- Review sales pipeline periodically and develop estimations on realistic achievements of targets
- Track progress of the sales targets and field sales expenditures
- Educate sales team by rolling out training programs on account addition, management and on increasing the size of existing of accounts
- Monitor the incentive structure and programs on appraisal of sales executives
- Monitor the sales support team and ensure adequate information flow to the field sales
- Participate in any escalated or critical field sales opportunity for customer discussions, negotiations etc.
Sales Reporting:
- Track/ monitor progress against the sales plan and budget on a periodic basis
- Participate in periodic sales reviews to with leadership team to highlight issues, discuss resolution options and seek decisions on key issues.
