Job Description for Sales Lead
Looking for a Sr. Sales Lead to engage with Shooting Floors, Production Houses and Talent to sign up for Touch Black. India's largest verified platform for Film Production.
- Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings.
- Generate leads and establish and nurture client relationships.
- Hire, train, motivate, and advise a team of sales representatives.
- Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and making forecasts.
- Develop skills continuously for hiring, training, and leading team members, and ensure that they're using effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives.
- Constantly provide feedback to improve the core IT platform based on market requirements.
- 5-7 years experience with a strong passion for B2B sales (Film or relevant industry is a bonus but not mandatory)
- Open to 5 star hotel corporate sales candidates
- Based out of Mumbai
- Salary at market rates with attractive signup bonus.
- Should be able to build up the sales team subsequently.
