Responsibilities :

- Attend to walk-in clients and be cognizant of their needs

- Manage the sale, product/service upselling and cross-selling.

- Provide superior sales service to guarantee high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Preserve impeccable standards for visual merchandising and shop condition.

- Keep the shop adequately stocked.

- Determine the needs and desires of the clientele

- Suggest and showcase products that align with the demands of the customer

- Greetings and welcome to clients

- Control the point-of-sale procedures

- Participate actively in the receiving of fresh cargo.

- Stay current on product information

- Clearly state the qualities and advantages of the product.

- Always maintain good hygiene

- Keep the store's surroundings neat and organised.

- Adhere to all company rules and regulations.

Candidates Requirements:

- Graduation is mandatory

- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

- CTC : up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
