Manager - Field Sales (2-5 yrs)

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and client interactions.
- Generate and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with potential customers.
- Manage and track sales pipelines, leads, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market analysis to understand competitor strategies and identify growth opportunities.
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and reports in CRM tools.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in BFSI, FMCG, retail, or B2B sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple prospects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed for business development.
- Experience in insurance, loans, mutual funds, or financial product sales.
- Strong networking and customer acquisition skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.
