Positions and Accountabilities :

- Guide, coach, and grow the inside sales staff to meet both individual and group sales objectives.

- Keep an eye on team performance and give regular feedback to make sure goals are reached.

- Create and put into action successful sales strategy to boost income.

- Encourage teamwork and excellence by creating a good environment.

- Hold frequent training sessions to improve product knowledge and teamwork.

- Broad awareness and comprehension of retail's resources, offerings, business practices, and current market trends

- Recognizing shifting market trends, creating new channels for business acquisition, and offering top-notch customer support

- Work together with other divisions to guarantee a flawless client experience.

- Conduct data analysis on sales and provide reports for management to analyze.

Candidates Requirements :

- Graduation is mandatory

- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

- CTC : up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
