Manager - Field Sales (2-4 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Find, hire, and train new sales representatives or consultants.
- Create and keep a team of salespeople who perform at a high level by offering continual coaching and training.
- Establish and share with the team your sales targets and goals.
- Keep an eye on and assess each agent's and the team's performance.
- Create and implement sales strategy to meet targets and goals for sales.
- Help agents establish and maintain enduring relationships with clients.
- When necessary, manage complex or valuable client contacts.
Candidates Requirements:
- Graduation is Mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience
- Good communication skills
