Manager - Field Sales (1-5 yrs)
Field Sales Manager In this role, you will be responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships with our insurance agencies within your designated territory.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit, onboard, and train new agents.
- Develop strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support.
- Maintain relationships with existing agencies and identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor and adjust sales performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- At least 2 years of sales or insurance experience.
- Proven success in meeting sales targets.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Must be local.
