Manager - Field Sales (0-5 yrs)
Aakiren seeks dynamic sales professionals to drive an offline university promotion campaign in Pune. The role involves conducting face-to-face sales meetings, promoting products to university students, and closing deals. You will manage field promotions, create and maintain WhatsApp groups, and lead student sign-up initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-person sales meetings to present and promote products to students.
- Engage students using QR codes, WhatsApp groups, and promotional giveaways.
- Create and manage WhatsApp groups for seamless communication and follow-ups.
- Achieve daily sales engagement and sign-up targets.
- Provide daily reports on sales activities and progress.
Qualifications:
- Strong sales skills with a focus on closing deals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Tech-savvy, comfortable using WhatsApp, QR codes, and basic understanding of crypto/Web3.
- Target-driven, with a proven track record of meeting KPIs.
- Experience in field sales or promotions is an advantage.
- Must be based in Pune or willing to relocate for the role.
