Manager - Field Marketing - BFSI (1-6 yrs)
In this role, you will develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement in the Bhopal and Jabalpur regions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan and implement local marketing campaigns and events.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to optimize strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with local partners and community organizations.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in field marketing or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Payroll : On Roll
CTC : Up to 4.00 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
