Manager - Export Sales - Building Material/Pump/Valve (5-8 yrs)
- We are a company that manufactures and sells various types of pipes, fittings, valves and hoses across the globe. Our market encompasses seven different industries in india and internationally.
Export Sales Manager's primary responsibility :
- Will be development of customer in various countries resulting in to a sales plan.
- Assisting in developing the strategy and winning sales are additional major accountabilities.
- The primary outputs for this position will be the Sales. In addition you are accountable for proposals at all stages, from budgetary to high-level sales documents.
- Export Sales Manager will work closely with our sales team.
- Export Sales Manager will be cross- trained in all facets of production, products, and service, with the opportunity to progress in an area of need and choice as the company grows.
- Export Sales Manager is a member of the Sales team and is accountable for achieving our sales goals. In addition; the Export Sales Manager has accountabilities for the execution of the customer delivery workflow with our team. This position is accountable to coordinate all necessary resources to assist in the winning of sales, resulting in total customer satisfaction and profit for the company.

Essential Functions :

1. Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors
2. Determines annual plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products; analysing trends and results; establishing pricing strategies; recommending selling prices; monitoring costs, competition, supply, and demand.
3. Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.
4. Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities; improving product packaging; coordinating new product development.
5. Sustains rapport with key accounts by making communication; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities.
6. Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
Requirements Education :
1. Bachelor College Education (minimum): Commerce, management, administration or science.
2. Master College Education (preferred): Commerce, management, administration or science.
