Key responsibilities areas:
- Understand client requirement and offer a suitable 'Real Estate' product.
- Meet prospective clients & arrange their site visits (daily & weekly basis).
- Negotiate, close deals & enhance the company revenues.
- Manage sales process at site.
- Can able to source and close the deal.
- Build customer relationship.
- Maintain and update client database.
