Manager/Executive - Sales & Marketing - Construction Firm (5-10 yrs)
Job Context :
We are looking for Sales Manager and Sales Executive - Concrete Block, Sales & Marketing for Asian Concreto Pvt. Ltd.
Job Location : North India
Job Responsibilities :
Sales :
- Ensure sales through the Distributor channel, Corporate channel, Contractor (govt. NGO, individual), and Tender.
- Track the competition's strategies and activities to recommend necessary actions on the company's behalf.
- Prepare Tender documents and submit them timely for participating in profitable projects.
- Assist in new product sourcing for clients and company.
Sales Quality :
- Ensure sales are of quality (at the approved rate, approved credit period, and have proper
collection rate).
Customer Conversion :
- Maintain proper communication with the customer to stimulate customer conversion.
- Submit proposals to potential clients for customer conversion
Coordination :
- Coordinate with other related departments to ensure the availability of products, products requirements, customer requirements, etc. to ensure the minimum lead time and maximum customer support.
- Coordinate with production, Quality assurance, Engineering, and Technical departments for smooth execution of orders.
Experience Required :
- More than 5 Years.
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales, Brand Promotion, Corporate Marketing, and Market Research.
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Pavers (Concrete Blocks)/Paints/Road Construction/Tiles.
Additional Requirements :
- At least 1 year(s) working experience in Concrete Block Sales.
- Excellent coordination and presentation skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English & Hindi
- Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker
Employment Status : Full-time
Qualification : Graduation from any subject with a good academic record.
