Manager/Executive - Sales - Insurance (2-6 yrs)
Insurance Sales Manager :
- Recruit, train, and lead a rapidly growing team of SDRs
- Contribute to both the long-term vision and strategy for the team and manage day-to-day sales
- Inspire, motivate, and enable individual development to promote career growth of direct reports
- Effectively work cross-functionally across the organization to shape Stripe's solutions to meet client needs
- Be involved in prospect qualification and discovery calls/meetings
Candidate Requirement :
- Qualification: Any graduate
- Experience: Min 2-4 years of experience in Sales & Marketing fieldwork
- CTC: Up to 4.00 LPA+ Incentives+ Other Benefits
- The candidate must be local to the same city
