Manager/Executive - Sales - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Job Description:
Driving business growth in a particular region requires a dynamic Executive Sales Manager who oversees a network of agents in order to reach sales goals.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Oversee agent hiring, training, and onboarding to build a solid workforce committed to promoting regional expansion.
- Create and implement plans to improve agent performance and reach or surpass quarterly and monthly sales goals.
- To enable agents for maximum success, offer regular coaching, direction, and performance reviews.
- To find chances for new business development, keep an eye on rival activity and local market trends.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to give agents the tools and assistance they need to succeed.
- As agents carry out their sales tactics, make sure they follow business policies and industry regulations.
Experience and Qualifications:
- An undergraduate degree in any discipline.
- 2+ years of demonstrated sales or business development experience, preferably in the insurance sector.
- A history of leading top-performing teams and regularly hitting sales goals.
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and leadership abilities.
- Analytical mentality with the capacity to create focused growth strategies.
