Manager/Executive - Sales - Fertilizers (4-10 yrs)
Job Description:
1. Identifying key crops in the region, key products and brands to target and setting monthly/seasonal product-wise targets for the assigned territory
2. Develop efficient and creative sales and marketing strategies for the assigned region
3. Building and managing a team of 10-15 field executives and aligning them for maintaining customer relationships, increasing app downloads and meeting sales targets
4. Cash management from the field staff and ensuring timely deposits
5. Planning and executing key marketing activities in the assigned region to increase customer base and app downloads
Skills Required:
- Proven experience as a Territory Manager
- Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue; field sales experience is preferred
- Ability to develop sales strategies and use performance KPIs
- Excellent communication skills
- Organizational and leadership ability
- Problem-solving aptitude
- A self- starter and require minimal supervision
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to travel.
- BSc/Msc in Agri
