1. Recruit Agency Partners and advisors.

2. Coordinate for the regulatory trainings

3. Manage daily, weekly and monthly choreography.

4. Conduct daily, weekly and monthly Agency partner meetings.

5. Income and Goal setting exercise for the month

6. Joint field work along with Agency partners and advisors to source insurance policy

- Clearance of pending cases for documentation and medicals as a part of the issuance process.

7. Train advisors to Achieve monthly objectives and targets.

8. Motivate advisors and Agency partners for various contest and sales enablers.
