Manager/Executive - International Business Development - IT (3-10 yrs)
We are looking for an Aspiring Business Development Executive/ Manager who should have hands-on experience in selling B2B IT Services like Mobile App, Web Development, Digital Solutions, SEO, SMO, ORM Services, etc.
Responsibilities :
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and clients satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify new markets and clients needs
- Arrange business meetings/ Conference Calls with prospective clients
- Generating leads for Mobile Application, Webpage design, SEO, etc.
- Promote the company's services addressing or predicting clients- objectives
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
- Have knowledge of Proposal Creation as per client's requirement
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Must be a quick and a flexible learner
- Must have impressive negotiation and convincing skills
Requirements :
- Proven working experience as a business development executive, sales executive or a relevant role
- Proven sales track record in International Markets
- Experience in Customer Support would be an added advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office and other required tools
- Proficiency in verbal and written English
- Magnificent knowledge of the IT industry and should be up-to-date with the trends.
