Job Description - VMS (Vehicle Management Solution) Customer Support :
- The key responsibility will be at the front end providing the training and support for the VMS Customers.
- Initially he will spend a week at our Belgaum Factory to understand the retreading process, ERP & Customer Care Process.
- He will get trained on Mobile App, Using the Effy Control Panel, GPS System, Web Portal, Feed back Process and the Tyresoles Mobile App.
- He will travel to the Tyresoles locations and train the End-users to use the app, portal and VMS.
- Get feed back on improvements.
- Get involved in the development of these systems.
Key Deliverables :
1. GPS unit sales- Number of devices sold by the team.
2. No of Customer Visits & Engagement sessions.
3. VMS/App Usage : Current usage & increase month wise after joining.
