Manager/Executive - Client Engagement (3-9 yrs)
CEM:
- Overall Implementation, Managing and delivering projects.
- Preparing Project Proposal and presentation for submission to various Government departments for Grants.
- Liaisoning with government departments on various Skill development projects.
- Setting up of new training/ facility centres as per the guidelines of MoRD, NSDC and other Ministries of Government of India.
- Preparation of Weekly/ Quarterly Reports for stakeholders and Internal management
- Assessment of Executives under his control.
- Excellent Documentation skills and preparation of reports for MSDE, MoE, NSDC and State Skill Mission.
- Responsible for Capacity building of Skill Infrastructure for the state.
- Inviting Training Partners for setting up training centres in the state.
- Encouraging and bringing Industries Partners for placements & Apprenticeship programmes
- Leading the skilling operations & execution on PAN India level.
- Developing business in the social sector domain
- Function as single point of contact for all client under his/her control.
- Coordinate internal resources in investigation and resolution of issues escalated.
- Organize and lead bi-weekly, monthly, and / or quarterly reviews with appropriate internal and client audience
- Engage directly with senior client stakeholders providing updates as needed
- Define and build operational roadmaps with Client, while overseeing internal teams to de-risk projects
