Job Location : Bangalore, Goa

Job Summary :
- This role entails collection network expansion, revenue collection, networking with potential channel partners and franchisees, ensuring company compliance by franchisees, and carrying out other channel administration activities.
Key Responsibilities :
Strategic and Tactical :
- Carrying out revenue-oriented activities by visiting NBD and RBD clients, and channel partners
- Generating business by liaising with potential clients and customers to maintain a healthy business relationship
- Introducing incentives to improve operations and channel partner performance (by channel management)
- Responsible for identifying non-serviceable areas or areas for appointing new franchisee and channel partners
- Reviewing channel partner sales based on varied parameters
- Handling operational activities for channel partners
- Ensuring that the franchisee activities and work is as per company policy and providing necessary SOP training wherever needed
- Providing continuous training about policies, processes, development awareness to channel partners
- Monitoring collection activities, digitized activities and channel operations on a daily basis and ensure consistent revenue collection
- Monitoring online booking activities and online DRS, and updating records pertaining to the same
- Responsible for carrying our franchisee and customer visits
- Responsible for participating in fortnightly team member review
- Holding meeting and review sessions with franchisees
Operational :
- Working with franchise and new customers for sales growth
- Working on franchise incentives and achievability of goals on a regular basis
- Tracking defaulters and following up to ensure efficiency and high levels of performance
- Responsible for monitoring and collecting payments on the basis of target dates
- Tracking and reviewing projects to ensure timely implementation
- Responsible for monitoring and reviewing performance of team (targets, bookings, collection of delivery load, operations team support, aligning vacant areas of deliveries)
- Tracking service performance of subordinates, responsible for real time updation of records
- Training team and franchise owners in adoption of digitization and online operations
- Ensuring collection targets are met with complete efficiency
- Providing support to franchises on MIS and related areas
Desired Knowledge and Experience :
Qualification :
- Graduation (any discipline) with 1-6 years of experience in Channel Management and Development, Sales & Customer Relationship Management
- At least 1 years of experience in logistics and transportation industry in the area of franchisee management
Knowledge & Abilities :
- Ability to manage client relationships & expectations
- Knowledge of market dynamics in courier, transportation and logistics industry
- Interpersonal Sensitivity
- Proven negotiation skills
- Ability to inspire confidence and create trust
- Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills
