Manager/Executive - Business Development/Territory Sales - Real Estate (4-9 yrs)
Site Visit:
- Identify, Connect and maintain the data base of the Construction Site by the Type of Construction (Real Estate, Infra-projects, Industrial, Maintenance Work,Faade Works etc.)
- Analyse and forecast the site requirement with the key contacts for Fischer products.
- Maintain the PR and Cordial relation with the Site Office / Contractors / Consultants /Architects
- Converts the projects leads in favour of Fischer.
Others:
- Achieve Monthly sales and collection target.
- Act as a feeder to the Technical and Sales Team(Collect the load data from the consultant and forward to the Technical Team)
- To explore the potential of product requirement at the projects.
- Conduct pull out tests and demo at site as per customer demand.
- Developing / Nurturing Dealer & Direct business
- Daily Reporting to Regional Sales Manager.
