We are seeking a motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth within the B2B sector. Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base in the B2B sector.
- Identify and prospect potential clients through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation techniques.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' HR training requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop targeted sales materials, presentations, and proposals.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase the value proposition of our HR training solutions.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, progress reports, and pipeline updates to the sales manager.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the EdTech or training industry.
- Strong understanding of training concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients at all levels of an organization.
- Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive with a strong sense of initiative and ownership.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
