Manager/Executive - Business Development - Recruitment Firm (1-5 yrs)
Role: Business Development Manager/Executive ( Domestic Market)
Location: Preferred Indore ( Remote with travel to Indore occasionally for Non-Locals)
Fulltime/Permanent role with TekFortune IT India Pvt. Ltd.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Generating leads based on business exigencies for increasing business and building a clientele database. Utilizing client feedback & personal network to develop marketing intelligence for generating leads.
- Identify, negotiate & manage strategic relationships with potential and prospective Clients, derived out of the leads PAN INDIA.
- Working closely with management in developing strategies to engage potential clients for existing and new client acquisition for Permanent Hiring / Contract Staffing, and Leadership Hiring. Responsible for identifying the competitive service strengths and weaknesses of the company and making recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Excellent business presentation skills, proposal writing skills, and showcasing the company's capabilities, benefits, and value proposition in all interactions and working effectively to deliver these key messages to the marketplace.
- Coordinating with top-level people among clients, developing and promoting the brand name. Be a point of contact between the client and the team
- Generate Sales & Client Acquisition for recruitment/staffing business for domestic market.
- Proactively approaches the market and market analyses (competition, market trends, opportunities, for client acquisition.)
Key Skills Required :
- Service level agreements, key performance indicators and analytics to support business objectives
- Creating winning relationships.
- Present concepts and ideas to all levels of management internal and external.
- Demonstrate Sales Ability & experience of Sales at C-Level.
- Organize, plan, and prioritize work while being flexible to changing needs.
- Identify potential leads independently through networking, cold-calling and/or other sources in the assigned territory/geography.
- Creating and closing new business opportunities for the company.
- Should have past experience in Business Development with Staffing firms / RPO / HR Services
