Manager/Executive - Business Development - Recruitment Firm (1-15 yrs)
Business Development Manager/Executive
- To generate leads by cold-calling and attend clients meetings
- To understand the job requirements shared by clients
- To work closely with Recruiters and clients on candidate skill sets, recruiting process and placements
- To work on generating leads and convert leads into real business opportunities
- To generate report on the monthly expense and revenue sheet
- Travel Internationally for Business Meetings
- Responsible for generating the lead and getting the clients on board
- Responsible for all the account activity as SPOC (Single Point of Contact)
- Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites
- To provide Candidates and Clients with an excellent recruitment service based on mutual trust and the highest professional standards
- To have an active Client facing role to build strong & long lasting client relationships
- Meet and exceed personal revenue targets
- Network to identify new business opportunities through utilising our strong network and market experience.
- To develop and nurture productive relations with the clients to ensure repeat business opportunities and to ascertain a long term expanding business relationships
- To prepare official documents such as offer letters, agreements, MoUs etc.
