Manager/Executive - Business Development - Recruitment (2-8 yrs)
Experience in Contract / Temporary Staffing Sales is highly desirable.
- The candidate will be responsible for several key aspects, including acquiring clients, formulating sales strategies, nurturing client relationships, possessing comprehensive service knowledge, conducting market research, negotiating and finalizing deals, maintaining detailed sales and client interaction records, and monitoring progress toward sales targets.
- Additionally, the candidate will be expected to meticulously analyse sales data to identify areas for improvement and refine future strategies.
- Moreover, the role involves proposing innovative solutions or improvements to existing services. The candidate will oversee the area of Ahmedabad.
Job Requirements:
Any Bachelor with 5 plus years' experience in similar role.
Experience in Staffing and Recruitment Company will be an added advantage.
