Manager/Executive - Business Development - IT Staffing (5-8 yrs)
BDM & BDE (US Staffing)
- We (Cloud Space IT Solutions) are seeking an experienced, highly motivated, hard-charging Business Development Manager to expand our business in existing and new accounts in US IT Staffing
- Our US entity is known as Cloud Space LLC in Charlotte, North Carolina.
- Develop new client accounts (Direct / Tier 1 Partners), should be able to identify/target potential Vendors for IT staffing business in the USA and get contract Staffing Requirements and close positions.
- Interact with clients on daily basis and identify staffing opportunities to fulfil.
- Get involved in the complete recruitment cycle- from sourcing to placing.
- Client relationship management.
- Building accounts with contractor staffing needs and ongoing support.
- Collaborating and identifying opportunities for IT Services project.
- Leverage your existing relationships and network to open a new business.
- Possess a deep knowledge of the consulting or professional services, vendor RFP, proposal, sales pitch and SOW processes.
Required Candidate profile :
- Candidate should have experience in in the business development market.US IT staffing
- Must have strong communication skills.
- Must have prior relationships with Tier-1 Partners / End Clients with a consistent record of accomplishment of placements with them.
- Exceptionally strong presentation skills in Video/Zoom/MS Team calls to US audience.
- Proven successful sales record in the IT Staffing and Consulting Industry
- Penetrate new accounts, captivate decision makers, and overcome selling obstacles.
- Consistent record of accomplishment of meeting and exceeding sales expectations.
- Aggressive and Target oriented with ability to work in high-pressure environment, multi-tasking, and self-motivated.
- Should be able to work independently work end-to-end in pursuing placements/revenue targets.
- Expert-level technical recruitment skills.
- Strong presentation and closing skills. Power-user of MS Office tools.
- Sharp, articulate, and energetic with a Can do attitude.
- Strong sense of ethics and professionalism.
- Ability to think outside the box.
- Willing to work night shifts (EST).
