Manager/Executive - Business Development - Education ERP/Cloud/SaaS Products (3-10 yrs)
- Extensive business development or sales experience in the Education arena
- Must be from Higher Education background with Target-Driven Approach
- Must have previous experience in dealing with educational institutions through product or services
- Must have strong and influential connections in the Education Industry
- Driven self-starter with a proactive approach to serving professionals at all levels in a client-oriented environment
- Possess excellent communication, listening and presentation skills, extremely enthusiastic, motivated and aggressive
- Strong negotiation skills, closing skills and diligent follow-up skills
- Channel Management or Key Business Account management
- Must be able to Define, Forecast Business and Activities for different Regions or Territory
- Work closely with the stakeholders to develop and grow the sales pipeline consistently to meet quarterly revenue goals
- Provide team leadership and coaching
- Strive for team consensus and win-win agreements
- Coach and help develop team members and help resolve dysfunctional behavior
- Provide status reporting of team activities against the program plan or schedule
- Monitor team performance and report on metrics
- Discover training needs and provide coaching
