Business Development Manager/Executive ( Education ERP/ Cloud / SAAS)
Responsibilities :
- Extensive business development or sales experience in the Education arena.
- Must be from Higher Education background with Target-Driven Approach.
- Must have previous experience in dealing with educational institutions through product or services
- Must have strong and influential connections in the Education Industry.
- Driven self-starter with a proactive approach to serving professionals at all levels in a client-oriented environment.
- Possess excellent communication, listening and presentation skills, extremely enthusiastic, motivated and aggressive.
- Strong negotiation skills, closing skills and diligent follow-up skills.
- Channel Management or Key Business Account management.
- Must be able to Define, Forecast Business and Activities for different Regions or Territory.
- Work closely with the stake holders to develop and grow the sales pipeline consistently to meet quarterly revenue goals.
- Provide team leadership and coaching .
- Strive for team consensus and win-win agreements.
- Coach and help develop team members and help resolve dysfunctional behavior.
- Provide status reporting of team activities against the program plan or schedule.
- Monitor team performance and report on metrics .
- Discover training needs and provide coaching Good PC skills.
