Manager/Executive - Business Development - Education (2-6 yrs)
JOB POSITION: Manager/ Sr Executives - Business Development
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Data mining
- Lead generation to get meetings with key decision makers in companies
- Meet clients across industries in Delhi NCR to close business and drive numbers
- Interact regularly with the training team to understand and share client requirements
- Develop a complete understanding of services by the company to be able to offer appropriate solutions to prospects
- Continuously monitor customer satisfaction to ensure success of the business
- Strategize effectively to create new business opportunities with existing clients
- Meet revenue targets on a monthly basis
- Motivate and guide reporting team member(s ) to achieve their target
- Provide strategic inputs through proposals based on what the market demands
- Maintain daily MIS to help generate data for self and stakeholders
- Take care of internal documentations, reports and proposals for smooth business functioning
WORK EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 4 years of work experience in a sales and marketing role
- Should be a part of the business development function from any service industry
- Has experience in managing external clients and strongly believes in their satisfaction
- Understanding of the operational aspects of training and development would be preferred
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (Other degrees and certifications will be an added advantage)
SALARY: Pay package as per the experience
