Job Description/Responsibilities for BDM/BDE (Sales- New Client Acquisition))
- New client acquisition (corporates, Institutions, Co Leaving and Co working space, Manufacturing sector etc).
- Negotiate and close agreements with corporate customers.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
- Should be willing to make calls to cold and warm leads.
- Achieving sales targets by account mining.
- Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives. Establish long-term relationships with clients.
- Ensuring delivery by analyzing performance.
- Follow up for payments & ensuring timely collections.
Required Candidate Profile :
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Must have minimum 2 years of experience in Corporate sales
- Capable enough to handle existing clients and add on new clients and fetching business
- Must have own two wheeler
Candidates Must have :
- Must have minimum 1 year in corporate sales.
- B2B Sales experience is a Must
- Field Sales & own two wheeler
- New Client Acquisition and Account mining exp is a Must
- Joining time / Notice Period: immediate to less than 30 days.
- Male candidates only
Interview Process - 2 Rounds ( Should be ready to come for a Face to Face interview if shortlisted in the 1st round)
- Candidate Must be Ready to Travel (within Bangalore)
