Manager/Executive - Business Development - Bnak (1-5 yrs)
Proposed Designation : Business Development Executive/Manager
Job Description:
- Generate New Business to the Bank by doing fresh Acquisition of CASA & other Banking products.
- Manage and sell Savings Account by conducting several marketing activities.
- Understand and analyse the customer needs and provide customised solutions to fulfil their requirements.
- Extend professional customer service to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
Specific Requirements:
- Should be tech savvy and comfortable using gadgets like tab/mobiles
- Prior experience in Banking /Financial Services/Insurance/NBFC sector is a must
Desired Behavioural / Functional Traits:
- Should be young and energetic with passion for sales
- Strong customer service orientation along with process adherence
Education: Graduation must
Work Experience: 1 - 5 Years preferably from financial industry background (Should be employed currently)
Age Range: 21 - 28 Yrs
Salary Range : 1.8 Lac to 3.5 Lac + Local conveyance & mobile allowances (Incentives upon meeting targeted numbers)
