Manager/Executive - Business Development (3-6 yrs)
- Master's in marketing or similar discipline
- Minimum 3 years- experience as a Business Development Executive/Manager or similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding of Business Development and Account Management function
- Intermediate in using MS-Office tools, CRM tools and internet savvy
- Good knowledge of international market
- Excellent in research and analysis
Key Tasks And Responsibilities :
- Identifying new potential clients and help on boarding them.
- Use proper channels to generate leads; promote offering and educate them on the full use of our product
- Proactively call and follow up with clients. Communicate with them regularly by phone, email, or other communication channels
- Create and maintain a sales pipeline of qualified opportunities within the designated market or portfolio of accounts.
- Actively engage with prospects or customers to fully understand their business needs and identify and build new business opportunities, developing a strong business relationship with key decision makers and influencers.
- Assist with developing yearly business plans with key clients and accounts in the assigned territory, with clear objectives and commitments around lead generation, marketing, account management and business performance.
- Contribute and deliver a clear growth plan, owning personal targets and contributing to broader growth objective
- Update all account activities and new leads on CRM systems like Salesforce
- Liaise with the internal departments as required (e.g., Product, Operations, Legal, Finance and Marketing) to ensure smooth running of all client interactions.
- Provide accurate forecasts and reports on activity and sales performance as and when required by management.
- Ability to remain focused, and follow-through on plans
- Stay up to date on the company's organization structure, policies, job responsibilities and set the right expectations with the clients
- Identify trendsetter ideas by researching industry trends
- Ability to work in different time zones to interact with clients depending on the business requirements
