Job Description :

The main responsibilities and tasks of this position are as listed below, but not limited to these:

- Overall responsibility of Sales Generation for High End/Exclusive Banquets & Events.

- Well versed with all the product details for managing and developing business effectively.

- Guided clients through all steps from initial booking to the day of the event

- Focused attention on all event details to achieve each client's desired results

- Finalizing all details relating to catering functions from concept stage until final billing.

- To ensure delivery of the highest standards of service and coordinates all other details with relevant departments.

Deal effectively with guests and workplace colleagues from a variety of cultures.

Other Responsibility:

- Allocating budgets, Ensuring high quality of service, Setting weekly schedules, Maintaining records.

- Need Female Sales and Marketing profile for managing Whitefield Microbrewery Business Development portfolio (B2B) especially level 3 based Fox On the Stage)
