Manager/Executive - App Marketing - eLearning (3-5 yrs)
Job Title: App Marketing Manager/Executive
Experience: 3+ years in app marketing, preferably for consumer-facing apps

Key Responsibilities:
Develop Marketing Strategies:
- Create and implement strategies to promote the app, increase downloads, and drive user engagement.
User Acquisition Campaigns:
- Run campaigns across social media, SEM, influencer partnerships, display ads, and app store optimization (ASO).
Analytics & Optimization:
- Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics or Singular and optimize to improve KPIs (e.g., conversions, retention, lifetime value).
Content Creation:
- Collaborate with teams to create app-related content such as app store descriptions, videos, blogs, and social media posts.
App Store Optimization (ASO):
- Optimize app store listings, conduct keyword research, and run A/B tests to boost organic downloads.
User Engagement & Retention:
- Use strategies like push notifications, in-app messaging, email campaigns, and loyalty programs to retain users.
Performance Reporting:
- Prepare reports to evaluate marketing performance and suggest improvements.
Market Research & Trends:
- Stay updated on mobile app industry trends, competitors, and technologies to identify opportunities.
UI/UX Coordination:
- Collaborate with developers to implement UX/UI improvements based on user insights.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
Experience:
- 3+ years in app marketing, preferably for consumer-facing apps.
Skills:
- Knowledge of app ecosystems (Apple App Store, Google Play Store).
- Proficiency in SEM, social media ads, email marketing, and analytics tools.
- Creative thinker with strong analytical and reporting skills.
