Manager - Event Marketing (3-4 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Define clear event KPIs to ensure events success
- Host / moderate offline & online events, and deliver presentations
- Plan, create and execute end-to-end events marketing strategy based on business goals and objectives
- Create theme-based events calendar
- Analyze event success, prepare reports and come up with actionable insights
- Manage the budget for an event, and negotiate with vendors & suppliers on the commercials involved
- Interact with key decisions makers & industry experts
- Identify the right event location/platforms, shortlist and on-board the speakers
- Coordinate with the sales & marketing teams to ensure maximum awareness, registration and foot-falls for the event
- Plan and manage technical, logistical and media support services by coordinating with various teams / departments, to ensure seamless execution of an event
- Maintain event inventory that include collaterals, giveaways, etc.
- Research trends in event planning to develop new ideas for future events
Requirements :
- At least 3 years of proven experience as Event manager
- Excellent public speaking skills
- Well-versed with planning and organizing events
- Strong telephone and email etiquettes
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Skilled in project management
- Outstanding negotiation and problem-solving skills
