Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Junior ERP Sales Executive to join our growing IT company. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving sales of ERP solutions. The role will encompass direct sales and channel sales activities across PAN India.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities for ERP solutions, like Oracle ERP, NetSuite, Salesforce or any other similar ERP.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure consistent sales growth.
- Execute effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers and partners.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring client satisfaction and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including pre-sales, marketing, and support to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective pipeline management, prospecting, and customer engagement.
- Participate in industry events, seminars, and networking opportunities to promote ERP solutions.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports, keeping track of client interactions and feedback.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
- 2 to 6 years of experience in ERP sales.
- Proven track record of direct sales or channel sales success in a B2B IT environment.
- Strong understanding of ERP products and solutions, sales cycles, and market demands.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a remote environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with the latest ERP industry trends and market dynamics across India.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- Existing relationships with ERP implementation partners, channel partners, or direct customers is a plus.
