- Experience in B2B sales. Experience in dealing with enterprise (large) customers mostly industry segment leaders.
- Expected to exhibit maturity in engaging with such clients (CXOs or senior leadership level).
- Experience in generating leads / developing new opportunities on his/her own given a list of target customers.
- Experience in applying value selling techniques. Ability to do requirement gathering, and then, along with the Products/Solutions team, participate in the need analysis and solutioning.
- Should have the ability to pitch end-to-end propositions, handle objections and highlight value.
- Ability to conduct pricing negotiation.
- Ability to collaborate with internal teams, and if required with senior management, to drive opportunities end-to-end internally and seek the right support wherever required.
Salary : INR 6,00,000 - 12,00,000 P.A.
