Manager - Enterprise Sales - PaaS & SaaS Solution Sales (5-9 yrs)
Role: The Enterprise Sales Manager will play a crucial role in driving sales for the Company's advanced digital transformation solutions. This individual will be responsible for business development, identifying and pursuing new clients, and building relationships within the BFSI, Retail, and Pharma/Healthcare sectors. Operating as an independent contributor, they will be expected to meet and exceed sales targets, manage the entire sales cycle, and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales Strategy Development : Analyze trends and collaborate with leadership to create effective sales strategies.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management : Identify and pursue new business, nurture key accounts, and address client needs.
Sales Process Optimization : Streamline sales workflows, optimize lead-to-deal timelines, and manage the sales cycle.
Team Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align efforts with client needs.
Market Research : Stay current on industry trends and apply insights to improve sales approaches.
Reporting & Analysis : Generate regular sales reports, track performance, and provide forecasts.
Experience Requirements:
Strong sales knowledge in Digital Transformation, Analytics, RPA, PaaS & SaaS solutions
Proven experience in account management, client relationship building, and end-to-end sales pipeline management
Ability to strategize and capture new market opportunities within BFSI, Retail, and Pharma/Healthcare industries
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, sciences, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
Experience: 7-9 years of experience in sales, especially in technology solutions like Generative AI, ML, SaaS, and PaaS.
Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and strategic thinking skills, with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
Other Requirements :
Independent Contributor : Ability to work autonomously and manage the sales cycle independently.
Travel : Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time for client meetings across India and internationally as needed.
