Manager - Enterprise Sales - Online Learning Platform (4-8 yrs)
Enterprise Sales Manager
The enterprise sales manager would be responsible for developing the allocated sales territory and achieve the sales quota and contribute to PAN India Enterprise sales efforts for our Online Learning Platform.
Job Description: -
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets for India wide enterprise customer base (B2B Sales). Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly sales quota.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Participate in Commit calls and provide weekly /monthly/quarterly forecasts.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence.
- Work closely with Inside Sales Account Manager to develop and farm the allocated sales territory.
- Develop 5x sales funnel and maintain rolling sales funnel Quarter on Quarter.
Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration or a related field.
- Sales experience in India Enterprise (B2B) sales in IT / Training / Online Learning solutions
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
- Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences
- Should have worked on a Sales CRM (Preferred).
- The incumbent should have the expertise to write compelling presentations and proposals.
- Exposure & understanding of social selling will be an added advantage.
